firstly did you compile TWRP from source?

2ndly your method of flashing it is cool but really mobile uncle should save you the stress.

I used the stock recovery and a certain tool from the internet.
Yeah,mobile uncle is cool,but only for those with root access. I opted to include even those who lack root access.
