Hi, I experienced a similar problem and a number of factors are under consideration by my Dr.

1. Can by a thyroid issue so check with your Dr that you don’t have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism both cases can cause this.

In my case I was also sweating unusually at night.

2. Do a blood text to rule out the above.

3. Check your iron levels
