Rather little than nothing

Impressive just wish investors can diversify with hospitality in owerri. So many hotels yet so little “attractive” sites. Or atleast if they can incorporate some type of game area/waterfall to the hotels that’d be nice too.

This’s true. Howere, tourism/pleasure is Owerri’s thing. What I think it needs is diversification in tourism. Tourism doesn’t start and end with hotels/bars... a need for an adventure park, a big recreation/Game Center, sports center, top notch art/gallery all adds to tourism. And also having a tour bus isn’t a bad idea, so that visitors can tour the cit and also be taken to landmark areas. Another things is tech, tech also helps bring up hospitality too. I wonder what this governors and their aides talk about in that government building smh.

I know real estate is booming and all, I just wish there was more... A city like Enugu should have been way past the level it’s on.

Sad to see this page barely has much going on it for a while now.
