Can this coolant be used on toyota camry cars.where can I get it to buy in benin and how much is it.so if I want to use it I have to flush my radiator and mix it with tap water rite?

Hello nairalanders.pls my toyota camry 2002 model is nt moving well.when I try to fire it it misbehaves,and when I put on the ac the cars offs.some people said its plug.but pls u guys sholud help me out.I'm in benin.where can I get a good mechanic inbenin to fix this problem

I noticed a noise from my steering wheel.I tot it was steering oil.so I bought steering oil fluid an topped it but the noise is still there.what do I do.also which is d best ATF fluid to use for toyota camry 2002 aka big daddy and how do I service it.do I have to give a mechanic or can I do it my self.
