I am new to this forum, don't know where to post my issue.
The thing is, my INFINIX ZERO 4 PLUS is not pulling down the notification bar when I swipe down from the top.
but in landscape mode, it pulls down very fast and fine from the side. Which became the top.
But in a normal portrate mode while using, it doesn't.
Execpt you are on home screen and it doesn't work while working with other apps., and on the home screen, it works twice out of 5-6 attempts.
It is not funny at all.
I went online to seek for solution, put my phone on safe mode the reset, go to guest user blah blah, still it didn't work,
Change my security to pattern and reset and put it back to normal again, still did not work, I had to factory settings my device, "STILL DID NOT WORK"...
Went to INFINIX official site to contact support, the lines displayed there are private network subscribers that has nothing to do with INFINIX."wrong number" they replied!.
Just saw this naira land now, never seen it before, and the solutions rendered here worked for my device, it was touching by it self, but I had to clean it very well with a damp cloth, now it's no longer touching anymore...
