Kukutente23: No one was banned before that guy. The line showing hidden comments comes after his. I guess in your analysis you mistakenly overlooked his first word which is "sharrap". You should help him interpret that too since you've become an expert at words and their meanings.
I hope it's not this same brain you use to decide who is insulting who between an Obidient and a BATist because we can all easily see where your bias lies.
And for the umpteenth time, I'm not angry. I'm exposing lies and hypocrisy. Don't you know the meaning of words again? Same person who called others "All agbadeaus" a known tribal slur is complaint that someone told him to "shut up" You see where the hypocrisy is? This is the part where you appologize for the slur before any other thing |

Kukutente23: If you have to block people for the sake of peace, it means you're the one who is not peaceful. Fascism is about shutting up those who have contrary opinions. Blocking people is also about shutting up those who have contrary opinions. Both show a character that's easily irritated and aggressive when people say things they don't agree with. A classic case of narcissistic intolerance for opposing views. Only my voice must be heard.
. This is false and misrepresentation of the truth. Blocking you doesn't take away your voice neither does it shut you up. Then blocking you is blocking you to then alone. You still have the freedom to talk to everyone else just not that one person that blocked you. Fascism will be blocking you from everybody. And they are not blocking people for having contrary ideas, they are blocking people for being vile and constituting a nuisance to them. If they were fascists, they will advocate for you to be banned so everyone want see your post |

Kukutente23: I'm not crying dude. You're the one with an emoji dripping with tears They can't even see what I'm writing right now cause I've been blocked by them. And I hope Mynd44 can see the first to use abusive words now. It's one of them. So much for maturity of those who don't insult Your lies don't travel far anymore before they unravel The first to use abusive words was banned. As for this, he called you a grown up man (you are) He said you seek attention (accusation) He said you are crying over being blocked (this is taunting not insult) Truth is I don’t know why you are complaining. Someone simply doesn't want to talk to you anymore and you are angry. |

20-21 million barrels passes through the straight of Hormuz daily. This 400 million barrels can only last 20 days which shows it is a quick fix and not a solution. If this war drags on which is what Iran wants, the global economy is in trouble |

naptu2: In 1999 many people (including Professor Wole Soyinka) said that Nigeria did not need a military. They said that nobody was coming to attack us and that the military only stage coups. I was alarmed.
Today, without our military, Boko Haram would have been in control of Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Abuja, Enugu and other cities.
The point is that you don't prepare for what is on ground today, you prepare for what could be on ground tomorrow.
Iran spent a lot on its military, it didn't stop them from getting bombed, but it has so far stopped them from collapsing and it has made the exercise painful for its enemies (which increases its chances of survival). I have not mentioned military spending or defense budgets. I agree with increased capacity of the Navy (the falcon eye system has done wonders), upgrading the capacity of aircraft's, tanks and personnel carriers along with equipping soldiers better but when people put an air defense system above all this, I don’t agree. Air defense system's effectiveness is low even in places like America, China and Russia. They rely more on actually aircrafts that "hitting a bullet with a bullet" mentality that an air defense system does. |

helinues: Oh, so there are no drones that can attack people? Chai
The same air force that have been mistaken the citizens for criminals with the air defense
How many are the miscreants causing havoc across the country?
Whether past or present president, they have all failed in terms of security You raise the point of quodcopters do you understand that Nigeria has issued the EDM4S SkyWiper and Greetwin 8 anti-drone jammer to troops to engage drones used by bandits? Picture 1 and 2 are of the EDM4S SkyWiper 3 and 4 are of the Greetwin 8 anti-drone jammer

helinues: Kidnappers, bandits are they not criminals? Must all the criminals be listed in one comments? Go through this thread and see people relaying same thing I said above.
The point it, our defense system whether air or ground have been useless because if not, the miscreants who are just in their low number can't be causing havoc is some part of the countries. The topic says Air defense system. When have you remembered Nigeria having an insecurity by air? Handheld drones are not included in this because these are merely surveillance tools and not attack capable |
Science/Technology › Re: Nigeria's Air Defence Systems by Mynd44(mod): 6:37am On Mar 09 |
helinues: Boss, you are the one shifting here oo. You can't say you haven't read about the bandits using drones for surveillance, probably for attacking self.
Infact , I saw a news of a man arrested for being the supplier of drones to the bandits
So how should Nigeria protect her territory with drones from terrorists? Ground system or air system? Who uses quodcopters to attack anyone? Even the most advance defense systems will be ineffective against these small drones. Which is why in cases of these the handheld anti-drone jammers are more effective

Nostalemate: Laughable peace not so good points to the bolded... anything worth doing requires doing well.
Shout-out to all chess players on Nairaland earning good money via the game. Any country whose aircraft can reach us without us taking those aircraft out will easily sidestep whatever air defense system we have. Note that no country on the continent is on that list. Iran spent billions on air defense, didn't stop then from getting bombed, same with Isreal, Saudi Arabia, UAE etc |
Science/Technology › Re: Nigeria's Air Defence Systems by Mynd44(mod): 6:15am On Mar 09 |
Nigeria doesn't need sophisticated air defense systems. All the coubtries close by can't manage an attack on or Against Nigeria.
The ones that are far away that can manage it want be stopped by the air defense system anyway.
Ukraine couldn't do much and still can't do much to stop Russia from banning them.
Same for Iran |

Ironfaceman: I am not surprised at all. You see most of Trump's supporters are the myopic, the reprobates, the perverts, the false prophets, the liars and the drug users.
Come to think of it if black Americans had invaded and destroyed Capitol Hill will Trump pardon them. Not necessarily, you can't say every of the people in the riot were criminals or perverts. This one person among them is just the exception and he can't be used to describe everyone of them. He is a criminal and he has had his. PS: I think granting them amnesty was a stupid idea |

Ofodirinwa: . The man is a politician I strongly disagree on him being a politician. Nah, the dynamics here is different. Sunday Igboho is simply a thug for hire as you mentioned not a politician. He has zero political worth and will work with anyone to cause mayhem at the slightest provocation. What he should be facing is full on judicial prosecution not being seen attending party events. Heck MC Oluomo is more economically useful. MC has a job, a position and a job title. This one, he is not different from those who stay at junctions daily with no jobs just drinking and waiting for the next person that will pay them to join a fight |
