Hello guys I am experiencing an issue specifically with WhatsApp Business calls where I can speak normally and the other party can hear me, but I cannot hear the other party at all during live voice or video calls. This issue affects only WhatsApp Business. My regular WhatsApp account on the same phone works perfectly, including voice and video calls. I have performed extensive troubleshooting, and the issue still persists: - I cleared cache and deleted app data, but this did not resolve the issue. also tried using the same WhatsApp Business number on a different phone, and the issue exists there as well. - I tested both Wi-Fi and mobile data with no change. - I installed the latest Samsung/One Ul updates. Additional observations: - I am able to receive and play WhatsApp Business voice notes normally. Messaging and chat functions on WhatsApp Business work normally. My regular WhatsApp account on the same phone works normally, including calls. Normal cellular phone calls work correctly. Other calling applications works FINE.
