agaugust: That will only be partial. It won't communicate with all systems. The enemy that ATR can see cannot be seen by other aircrafts at the same time dummy. You don't have TDL/MTN. 1 Like |

agaugust: Meaning it cannot pass information to other platforms in real time nor even communicate with other platforms and see what other platforms see in real time. No TDL, ZERO MTN. |

South Africa has monopoly of the highest military technology, that is TDL and MTN in Africa. |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by mzilakazi(m): 7:10pm On Jan 05, 2016 |
agaugust: Having inbuilt data link does not mean it has TDL or is connected to MTN (Multi-Tactical Network). The platform is limited only to itself. SANDF has both TDL and MTN to even integrate beechcraft to the network-LINK ZA. |

agaugust: YES IT IS. WITHOUT DATALINK ALL PLATFORMS CANNOT SEE THE SAME ENERMY AT THE SAME TIME. IT GIVES YOU ADVANTAGE OVER YOUR ENEMY. WITH EGYPT, IF ONE RAFALE SEES THE ENEMY OTHERS SEE NOTHING. |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by mzilakazi(m): 6:36pm On Jan 05, 2016 |
agaugust: You were supposed to give me the name of Egyptian DATA LINK. NATO does not want to sell it like they sell Rafales. They know well that Datalink is the most dangerous weapon that can even help other countries to pose threat to NATO countries. Data link was the sole west monopoly until SA cracked it and introduce their own, LINK ZA. Egypt does not have a data link and all their platforms cannot see one enermy at the same time. 1 Like |

Foreign Affairs / Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by mzilakazi(m): 9:48am On Jan 05, 2016 |
Henry240: SANDF is using equipments which are by far more technologically advanced that those of Nigerian military. Moreover, we develop and maintain our tech and weapons. America in the past long before your debacle and abuses of human rights by Nigerian troops refused to sell Nigeria advanced weapons citing that Nigeria has no skill and tech to operate and even to maintain American technology. America surely could never say that to SA because they know that we compete effectively in the world stage rega regarding military.technology. |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by mzilakazi(m): 9:42am On Jan 05, 2016 |
Henry240: The world has moved to digital but that does not rule out analog to be antique and not advanced. There are many analog equipments which are technologically advanced in their own league. Wise people still keep analog to this day because is reliable. Digital has its own technological challenges. |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by mzilakazi(m): 9:38am On Jan 05, 2016 |
Henry240: SA GOVERNMENT= SANDF= DENEL. Remember Denel hardwares frustrated Russian weapons for almost 20 years in Angola. That same South African defence industry supplied SADF with weapons throughout the battle and it was equal to SADF. |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by mzilakazi(m): 6:49am On Jan 05, 2016 |
