Anybody applying for MSc mathematics here?

Am Frank from Abuja. please, it seems some banks stated for purchasing of the form aren't aware as I went to ecobank today but they weren't aware. How else do I obtain the form? they also did mention of going to account 1 to pay for the prospectus, how can one obtain that without necessarily going to port? And the receipt must be. included on the completed form before submission.
Again, is there a provision for applying with a student copy of transcript so that the official one will be forwarded from my school but to avoid delay?
