He's dealing with a mechanic not a parts dealer. The agreement with the mechanic is to fix a working engine. "Working Tokunbo engine" in context. Now ask your self, hat qualifies as a working Tokunbo engine. Does an engine that short oil after few kilometres qualify as working Tokunbo?

Tokunbo engine dos not mean the engine is perfect, hope you know dat even new parts fail 2 wen purchased, Well I feel they are both adult dey should settle the whole thing nd move on buy a car engine is 50/50

This is not a court issue but about good customer service and serving your fellow Nigerian in good faith. How will you be comfortably selling a Tokunbo engine to some that would only last a few months. Do you know how hard it is to fork out 400k in this present economy?

Question to ask if what oil as d person been using. How as he been maintaining the car, pple abuse cars thinking because na tokunbo it is ment to be strong.
The funny part is I have bought complete complete hub from ladipo nd in 2wweeks dey got bad nd wen I return dem dey said I should pay half of both before dey give mi another one

Wow it is long nd big, looks alike like a yellow belly water snake but the end of it tail looks more like a cobra tail, which it uses 2 pinch u if u grab it. Knew dat from that program snake in the city

Please educate mi more on the types of mambas we have and their colours becoz i know dey should be 4 or 5 types nd on the famouns black mamba is grey d rest are mostly green nd why dey are called black mamba is coz of the inky black inside it mouth

Back to your topic, The black mambas are restricted only to Southern Africa and their closest relative in Western Africa is the green mamba. The identifying sign of a black mamba is the black colouring of its inner mouth and its very aggressive disposition. It's venom, though very potent isn't as deadly as that of the Cape Cobra.

However, there are many species of snakes (venomous and nonvenomous) that mimic the looks of these mambas

From the photos of the OP here, I'm guessing it's an eastern rat snake or the West African forest cobra.

Black mamba are not black dey are grey, black mambas av small heads nd her very fast and as long as 12 to 15ft long and can neva be found in nigeria if it is found might be green mamba but neva black
So ur wasting ur tym educating pple here dat dont know anything bout snakes, it like sayin a polar bear is white
