Hello, can anybody here recommend a good private tutor (willing to start ASAP) that can teach German to a child of 11 years for about 6 months? We stay at Unilag side.

I have a girlfriend and she has a son(10), the father of the son is nonexistent but that's not an issue for us now.

I am based in Europe and want to marry my girlfriend and relocate her and her son with me to Europe. Sadly, the family reunion visa only covers my immediate family-meaning my wife and children. Since he's going to be my step-son, the family reunion visa won't cover him. To bypass this, we decided to adopt him, so he will be my child (on paper) and bear my name then I can apply the family reunion visa for him too.

Does anybody know anything about step-parent adoption or how to go about it?

We had gone to Social welfare board in Alausa, Lagos but we were told that they don't do "Step-parent" adoption.

Any help regarding this is appreciated.
