Good day everyone,
so I asked my driver to stop for security reasons and I recently started learning how to drive and I can say I'm at 95%. I have a LEARNER'S PERMIT and I'd like to know if it is a crime to drive alone.

Is it lawful and would'nt I be sanctioned/queried by road transport Marshalls as Lagos roads are filled with them.
