Plumfield Bakery is a new and dynamic ultra modern bakery located in Gwagwalada, Abuja and we are looking to recruit forward thinking, highly driven and self motivated marketers and drivers to join our team.

Responsibilities of Marketers:

1. Direct Sales of the Company's Family Loaf to Consumers.
2. Obtain and Report feedback from the market and consumers to the Management.
3. Discover new Prospects and create new Marketing Routes for the Product.
4. Ensure that the product remains in premium condition under your care.

Minimum Qualification/ Requirements:

1. W.A.E.C/W.A.S.S.C.E/N.E.C.O/G.C.E Certificate
2.1 year Experience as a Marketer.
3. Valid Nigeria Driver's licence ( not expired) for driving positions.
4. Knowledge of Abuja and environs is a requirement for the driving positions + minimum of 3 years driving experience.
5. Knowledge of the bread industry is a huge Plus.

Salary/Remuneration:

Commission Based with Base salary guaranteed after achieving sales of minimum set Target.

The marketing position is on commission and has a potential of earning up to 150,000 naira monthly which we believe will be attractive. Our bread is of high quality and baked in a clean and hygienic environment.
DISTRIBUTORS NEEDED:
We also need distributors that can pick our product at the bakery or we can still supply to the distributors by ourselves at discounted prices.

DRIVERS NEEDED:
The company is also in need of experienced drivers that have marketed/supplied bread before. You can as well be afresher in this field but must be an experienced driver with a valid driver's license. The remuneration is open for negotiation.
