I have never seen OTP in withdrawal o. All I see when I want to withdraw is amount, then bank name and bank account number. Shikena

Open the app, open the menu, go to "messages", then click the compose symbol in messages. Type your message and send. It will go straight to the Megabet team, they will respond to you, just pray someone is still there to answer you. Hmmmm. I don't know how I can help you o. You have to fund with a card on a laptop. As long as your card is Mastercard or visa or verve (16 digits) you should be fine.

Alternatively, you can call their customer care line and ask if they will allow you do a bank transfer. They don't like bank transfer but they do make exceptions because it is their delay in implementing the mobile payment that is creating the log jam.

Bros, Megabet has 3 different views(themes) na. There is the normal classic view which you have already seen. then there is the Asian view and the Combo view.

Since you prefer brighter look, you can switch to the combo view. I don't like that one, I prefer dark.

If you like to have all games layed out for you, you can use the Asian view.

I use Mastercard too and mine works just fine. Once you enter all the card details and click next, it will take you to the OTP screen. If you are using GTBank or a bank that gives you physical Token, then you have to use that token I guess. Otherwise, you can give them a call on their customer care line, or use the internal messages system when you log into the site or app and they will respond to you, they have also allowed me do bank transfer in the past, only once (they seem to prefer card payment).
