Dear All,

Please i need your help.
Am planning to building 4 blocks of flat in one of my land in Lagos state.
The house will be 3 bedroom flat with 2 bathroom each. That is a plot of land will accommodate the 4 blocks of flat in form of a storey building 2 blocks of flat down and 2 blocks of flat up.
I need anyone that can give me the building estimate breakdown from foundation to roof.
