https://i2.wp.com/www.naijapunch.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/vllkyt7p4lpmq21c1.bbef7895.jpg?w=600 Since the inception of S3@.x:’uality, many reasons have been given why men sleep just immediately after S3@.x:’; with ‘they are selfish’ point topping the list of reasons, many need to know the real reasons why this has been prominent with men. Although S3@.x:’ has been referred to as one of the most enjoyable things between a man and woman, the woman race has been on the search to know why men nods straight to sleep after a good S3@.x:’. With most women thinking ”dropping” straight into sleep by their men is a complete negative phenomena, the general notion has been that men are actually selfish to sleep immediately not minding how their mates feel about it. Although men argue that the nature of sleeping immediately after S3@.x:’ is due to tiredness from its rigors, Scientists have however found a good argument for men by confirming that ”men sleep after S3@.x:’ because they just cannot help it”. In a recent publication by Punch, it has been ascertained that men sleep after S3@.x:’ because they have little power over their bodies at that point in time, hence, not being able to stay awake after the whole rigor of S3@.x:’. Scientists have said that men really do need to sleep after S3@.x:’ when they climax because their B.rains become flooded with sleep-inducing chemicals such as oxytocin, serotonin and prolactin. Also, the blood rush after the climax depletes the muscles of energy-producing glycogen and because men typically have higher muscle density than women, they become more tired after S3@.x:’. A research made it known that after S3@.x:’, a man’s cereB.ral cortex, which is the ‘thinking’ area, shuts down almost immediately after org@.$m, in which two other areas, the cingulate cortex and amygdale make the rest of the B.rain to deactivate from S3@.x:’ual desire. This successive S3@.x:’ual behavior has however been linked to only humans alone according to research. However it has been said that wives can talk to their partners about how they feel after S3@.x:’, urging their husbands to dedicate few minutes for them immediately after S3@.x:’, so as to help enhance the sleeping nature of their husbands after S3@.x:’. According to a Consultant Psychologist, Prof. Toba Elegbeleye, said S3@.x:’ takes a lot of energy to complete and that there is tendency for the B.rain and the entire system to want to rest when such intense energy is exhibited. He also made it known that the location where the S3@.x:’ual activity takes place also has a way of affecting the man. In his words: “When you indulge in S3@.x:’, which usually takes place at night when people sleep naturally, it comes with a level of intensity that involves all your energy and whatever you can muster to make it have a shaking effect, after which the multi-nerve ends are relaxed. This makes people sleep easily. “It also depends on where you do it. Usually, if it is a legal encounter, which takes place in your own bedroom where you are comfortable, you might sleep, which is different from when you do it in your car or somewhere else under duress, that is not so comfortable. “Another factor that could aid sleeping well after S3@.x:’ is eating good food prior to the act because you may not be able to do it well if you are hungry and the body entertains only one urge at a time and hunger is as strong an urge and a drive as S3@.x:’ is. Other factors could be to have a pleasant room atmosphere with a good bed and if there is no thought of threatening financial burden or security issues in mind.” Source: http://www.naijapunch.com/revealed-see-men-sleep-making-love-must-read/ |
Mrs. Florence Bamidele, has accused one of the kingmakers of Odo-Owa community in Oke-Ero Local Government Area of Kwara State, High Chief Bunmi Popoola, of raping her 27-year-old daughter, Joke, many times under the guise of curing her of an ailment. https://i1.wp.com/www.naijapunch.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Woman-accuses-Kwara-kingmaker-of-raping-sick-girl-viviangist.com-1-1.jpg?w=640 Joke, who was brought to Popoola for traditional treatment, later succumbed to the strange disease. One might have concluded that it was a case of just rape but when Bamidele delved into the details of what transpired and how her daughter died, it sounded like one from a Hollywood movie. The woman accused the chief, said to be a traditional healer in his community, of using a handkerchief to wipe the private part of Joke any time he had sex with her and threatening her with death if she should reveal what he did. Joke, an Agricultural Science graduate of the Kwara State College of Education, Lafiagi, in her 20s, was afflicted with a strange disease in 2014 which defied all medical diagnosis. According to Bamidele, her daughter was treated by doctors in many hospitals within and outside of the state, but the ailment could not be cured. She stated that the family spent a lot of money trying to get the sick girl treated. “Despite medical treatment, her health condition deteriorated. Popoola, who is my cousin, then said he could handle the case and get her cured. Five days after he admitted Joke into his house, he told us he would need to perform rituals that would solve her health problem. He collected N50,000, one bag of rice, three big fowls,” Bamidele said. According to the woman, around that time, the backache and stomach pains her daughter was experiencing before then disappeared. “After about five months, her condition became stable and she returned home. She even reopened her foodstuff business in Omu-Aran,” Bamidele said Joke later became sick again and also complained of severe pain in her private part but refused to go back to Popoola for treatment. Her mother said she received a phone call from Popoola that Joke had to perform one last ritual for a permanent cure for her illness and said there was a dire consequence for refusing to do it. Bamidele said she tried her best to persuade Joke to go back to Popoola to conclude her treatment but she still refused flatly. She said, “When my daughter’s condition became life threatening, we consulted another herbalist in Egbe, Kogi State who told us Popoola was the source of my daughter’s problem. He told us that Popoola was a powerful herbalist and instantly washed his hands off her matter. “When Joke was about to reveal what transpired between her and Popoola, she became dumb. We then gave her a pen and paper to write what was wrong with her but her right hand became paralysed. “We later took her to a pastor for a prayer session. Then she was able to explain everything that happened to her in the house of Popoola. She said the herbalist had warned her that she would die if she ever told anyone about the sexual harassment.” Joke later died. Before Joke died, Bamidele had reported the matter to the Olowa of Odo-Owa, Oba Joshua Adimula. When he was contacted, the monarch said that Popoola had admitted to the crime while being interrogated in his palace. He said, “Some weeks ago, Gbemisola Bamidele came to me that the victim was about to reveal what Popoola, one my chiefs did to her, but that she suddenly became dumb. “I gave her water which my fore-father used and I also use for morning prayers and she talked again. She narrated how the chief slept with her when she was in his custody receiving treatment. Oba Adimula said he summoned Popoola and instructed him to cure the deceased. According to him, the victim also repeated the allegations in the presence of Popoola, but the high chief did not deny it. According to him, the matter was later reported to the Divisional Police Officer in Oke-Ero. The traditional ruler said he later suspended Popoola from the Owa Olota-in-council as this was not the first time he allegedly engaged in gross misconduct. He said, “I ordered him to treat the girl and he promised to do so, but he later refused when he left the palace. The youth in the community took the girl to his house. Unfortunately, the girl died in his custody. He was then arrested. “This is not the first time Popoola would be suspended over such an issue. He was suspended last year for six months over a similar allegation levelled against him by one Gbemisola Amile of Oke Esi Compound in Odo-Owa but I was able to save the victim. “During his suspension, he committed another crime, which was reported by one Titilayo Kolawole of Ikotun Compound. I couldn’t do anything about it because he was under suspension.” Efforts to get Popoola’s response proved abortive as he was still in police custody, Punch reports. But the Police Public Relations Officer, Kwara State Command, Mr. Ajayi Okasanmi, said he had been informed of the allegation against Popoola of having sexual relationship with Joke, who came to him for treatment. He stated that the police was investigating the matter. “I was told that the herbalist had been having an affair with the lady. But after sometime, the woman failed to continue with the relationship and she died. We are still investigating the case to know if it is one that can be handled by police as the law does not believe in juju. But we are still investigating,” he said. Arrested Judges – How BVN Gave Them Out Barely 48 hours after the Department of State Services, DSS, had taken seven suspected corrupt judges into its custody, details of what led to their arrests and how they were picked up from their homes by operatives of the agency began to emerge last night. Competent sources close to the operations told Vanguard that the agency could no longer watch and allow corrupt judges use their positions to engage in sabotage, subversion and espionage latching on huge proceeds of corruption. A source said that unknown to most Nigerians, some of the judges had been collecting huge bribes to subvert the will of the people, using the proceeds to acquire choice property and build fat bank accounts without putting in enough efforts to do the job they were paid to do. The source said that based on series of petitions from concerned Nigerians to checkmate the excesses of the corrupt judges, the DSS moved in and began a covert investigation, which finally led to the establishment of prima facie evidence against them. “As we speak now, we have incontrovertible evidence of brazen corruption against the seven judges in our custody and we are ready to charge them to court, even tomorrow. ‘’By our own analysis, the rot in the political scene – election rigging, inter and intra-party crises and election petition trial from tribunal to Supreme Court – gave rise to the deep corruption in the judiciary. “In the economic sphere, Nigeria lost cases to foreign investors due to the collusion of judges with foreigners, leading to the loss of hundreds of billions of Naira by the country, among them, the Malabo Oil deal where the country lost over $2 billion. “We have the mandate not only to pre-empt and prevent but also to take necessary actions to bring the culprits of economic and financial crimes to book. ‘’That is why we are challenging those who think that our action is unconstitutional to take us to court since we cannot allow Nigeria’s security interest to be jeopardised. “Let it be known that anybody whose action can create hardship for the rest of Nigerians must be stopped by us before the crime is committed and there is no other agency that is as capable of doing that as the DSS,’’ the source said. It was learned that the DSS had an easy access to the bank accounts of the detained judges and actually established that they had been taking bribes from many sources in the discharge of their duties but used the names and pictures of their wives, children and siblings to open such banks account, which were not known to most of those whose names appeared in the bank ledgers. “When we brought in most of the children, wives and relatives of the suspects based on the papers we got from the banks, they did not even have an idea that their names had been used by the judges to open such accounts. “But you see under the Bank Verification Number, you must put in your passports, name, signature and others. So, for some of the judges, who used fake names and their wives names to open the accounts into which they paid in the proceeds of crime, they foolishly appended their signatures or used their pictures, something that gave them out. “From what we have found out, some of the suspects acted foolishly in committing the offence because they cannot prove that even if their children were to earn N1 million monthly since they were born till date, none of them can accumulate the amount of money we have traced to their accounts and the type of property they have. “Look, it may interest you to know that one of the two Supreme Court judges in our custody has a property worth N1.5 billion in one of the South-South states. If we may ask, where did he get the money to set up such project?” “As far as we are concerned, there is nothing unusual in arresting corrupt judges and taking them to court because it would be an offence against the nation to continue to turn a blind eye to mounting corruption in the judiciary.’’ The official also pointed out that another judge, who is being detained and questioned, disguised as a shopper in one of the supermarkets and ended up collecting bribes in Dollars from a ‘client’ only to be caught on CCTV camera. The official expressed regret that the National Judicial Council, NJC, which had the responsibility to track and punish corrupt judges, had tended to condone evil being perpetrated by the corrupt elements, citing the cases of three indicted judges as example. “The NJC, having been satisfied that the three judges demanded and collected heavy bribes, merely recommended the retirement of the one who took a bribe of N200 million and asked him to be paying back in bits to the complainant. So, we ask, what happens to the proceeds of crimes? No answer was given until we stepped in. “Similarly, the two other judges were retired with full benefits, smiled away. Since then, the NJC has not been cooperating with us and we cannot allow the rot to continue in the interest of Nigeria. Turning to the appearance of Governor Nyesom Wike at the scene of the arrest of a suspected corrupt judge of the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt, the official noted with concern the action of the governor, wondering what he went to do at that time of the night, if he was not part of the judge’s deal. “It was the governor, who blocked the DSS operatives from seizing the $2 million crime proceeds, which the judge had made from the PDP crisis stoked by a faction backed by the governor. “But for the our highly professional operatives and service direction, we would have beaten up Wike that night so that he would have explanations to make on why he went to a crime scene at odd hours and aided a suspect to move $2 million crime proceeds to an unknown location. “But we already have an idea of where the money was moved to and we are going to retrieve it and bring the judge to trial. As a matter of fact, we are going to treat the Port Harcourt FHC judge case as a ‘special case’, given his collusion with the governor to obstruct our work. “The behaviour of the judge has worsened his case. In the last three months, the judge has been going across the Nigerian borders with other countries collecting bribes for himself and others.’’ The source also indicated that the judges might be allowed to go home as soon as they answered the questions put to them by the operatives, adding that they were being given royal treatment, in view of their status and the need to give them a conducive atmosphere to speak up. The seven judges arrested and currently in detention at the SSS office are Justice Inyang Okoro and Sylvester Ngwuta of the Supreme Court; Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court, Abuja; Kabir Auta of the Kano High Court; Muazu Pindiga of Gombe High Court, Mohammed Tsamiya of the Court of Appeal in Ilorin, and the Chief Judge of Enugu State, I. A. Umezulike. It was learned that no fewer than eight other corrupt judges are being investigated and would soon be picked up to have their day in court. bAttempts by Vanguard to get the names of the eight judges were unsuccessful last night, but they are said to be spread across the country. Attempts to speak with the Director General of the DSS, Mr. Lawal Daura, proved abortive, as the agency is yet to appoint a spokesman since the last one was retired last year. George Airport in South Africa is not only Africa’s first solar powered airport, it is also the second of such in the world after India’s Cochin airport. 2000 solar panels provide 750Kw of energy daily which exceeds the 450Kw the airport needs to run its activities. “Gone are the days when power failures used to a be a big thing for the airport. We no longer have those, said Brenda Voster, Airport Manager. The solar facility which cost about $1.2 million to build has so far helped airport reduce its carbon dioxide emissions by 1,229 tonnes, the equivalent of 103,934 litres of fuel. Also, there are plans to increase the capacity of the power station by an extra 250 Kw. “We’re quite excited about us embarking on phase two. Phase two I should say in all probability, will, have the back-up battery facilities where we can then store any solar that we generate through the day that we are not using,” Brenda added. The busy travel hub handles about 700,000 passengers annually. Source: http://www.naijapunch.com/south-africa-gets-africas-first-solar-powered-airport/

Even though it is an incredibly good thing to share information with your girlfriend, there are certain things she does not have to know except if there is a really good reason to. Openness and honesty are very important in a relationship. But as certain topics begin to creep into your conversations with your current girlfriend, remember that there are just some things that she doesn’t need to know! Here are 5 things your girlfriend shouldn’t know about. 1. Your ex-girlfriends Your current girlfriend shouldn’t know about your ex-girlfriends and the good memories you have of them. Talking about your ex with your current girlfriend can lead to resentment and unfair comparisons. 2. Your friends’ bad habits It’s a bad idea to share all the dirty little secrets about your friends, especially those you hang out with on a regular basis. Chances are she won’t be cool with you grabbing drinks with your pal who always cheats on his wife? Telling her all of your friends dirty secrets will just cause her to not like them, not trust them, and will make hanging out with them an impossible task. 3. How many women you’ve slept with It’s one thing to B.rag to friends, but this isn’t something to tell your current girlfriend about, and Even if your girlfriend asks you to tell her, just don’t. She’s not going to like any answer you give her. If you tell her “1,” she’s going to wonder why it’s not more and think you are lying to her. If you tell her”50″, she’s going to think you’re a jigalo. To keep the peace in your current relationship, it’s best if you keep these stories in the past and also encourage her to keep some of her stories there as well. 4. Cheat!ng in past relationships You may have made mistakes in the past, but now you have the chance to make a clean slate. Don’t let her know about past indiscretions. Remember, when you get caught Cheat!ng, a woman will think “once a cheater, always a cheater” and always be second-guessing you and accusing you of messing around even when you are completely innocent. 5. How your money is spent When your dating, your finances are separate. So until you take that walk down the aisle, she doesn’t need to know where your extra cash goes each month or how much you spend on activities like hanging out with friends, new gadgets or weekend trips. ** Via DFTM Source:http://www.naijapunch.com/guys-careful-5-things-girlfriend-must-never-know-youespecially-no-4/

President Muhammadu Buhari President Muhammadu Buhari has proposed a budget of N6. 9 trillion for 2017 fiscal year. This was contained in the 2017 – 2019 Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and Fiscal Strategy Paper (FSP) the president sent to the National Assembly yesterday. The proposal is nearly a trillion naira more than this year’s N6.06 trillion budget, Dailytrust reports. Buhari has already sent the document to the Senate President, Bukola Saraki Saraki and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara. He further revealed that he is already preparing to submit the 2017 budget as work on the budget in ongoing. The document articulates the government’s economic, social and developmental objectives and the strategies for achieving them, he said. Dailytrust further reported that the president noted that the decline in oil price since mid 2014 had continued to expose the Nigerian economy to both domestic and external vulnerabilities. The crude oil benchmark has been jerked up from $38 in 2016 to $42.5 per barrel for 2017. The exchange rate has also been jerked up from N197 per dollar to N290 but the daily crude oil production of 2.2 million has been retained. The sum of N2.6 trillion is for recurrent (non-debt) expenditure, N1.8 trillion for capital expenditure; N1.6 trillion for debt service and N370 billion for statutory transfers. The special intervention programme is allocated N350 billion, a reduction of N150 billion from that of this year while N177 billion is allocated for sinking fund to retire maturing loans. The budget also showed that out of the N2.6 trillion proposed for recurrent (non-debt expenditure), N1.8 trillion is for personnel costs (MDAs). Others are N188 billion for CRF pensions; N180 billion for overheads; N120 billion for SWV pensions; N145.7 billion for Service Wide Votes; N65 billion for the Presidential Amnesty Programme and N50 billion for refund to special accounts. The three-year expenditure framework goes thus; N6, 866,335,052,740 – 2017; N6, 847,573,238,276 – 2018; N7, 117,671,597,899 – 2019. The document revealed that as means of attracting non-budgetary resources, the government is working towards setting up a $25billion Infrastructure Development Fund. “As the fund becomes established, government may move some critical capital projects and related budgetary resources, currently in the purview of MDAs to the fund. This will ring-fence resources committed to the completion of the projects in a more efficient manner,” it said. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is projected to grow at 3.02 percent in 2017 and inflation is expected to moderate to 12.92 percent. The document showed that the country’s total public debt stood at $61.45billion about N16.3trillion as at 30th June 2016. “The total debt stock is composed of external debt stock of $11.26 billion (about N3.9trillion) and domestic debt stock of $50.19 billion (N13.1trillion). “Of the total domestic debt, the Federal government was responsible for about 74.6 percent while the 36 States and FCT accounted for the balance,” the document reads. President Buhari said the proposals were designed against the backdrop of the adverse global economic environment as well as fiscal challenges in domestic economy. This year’s budget of N6.06 trillion is unprecedented but its implementation has been severely affected by falling crude oil prices and disruption in domestic production due to constant attacks on oil facilities in the Niger Delta. The attacks have at one point cut production by nearly a million barrel per day. Sources: http://www.naijapunch.com/buhari-proposes-n6-9tr-2017-budgetsee-interesting-details/

As 2016 comes to a close, many students are preparing earnestly for the Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) examinations now known as the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The 2016 admissions were filled with confusion and controversy as the Minister of Education Adamu Adamu brought about various changes in the process, ranging from the cancellation of the Post UTME to the changing of the process of screening students by JAMB. The 2017 UTME also has one major change already, there will be no sales of JAMB scratch cards which have been used for registration in the past years. JAMB registrar, Professor Ishaq Oloyede,, said this was to make it easier for those with financial problems to register. “Students will generate a PIN number for themselves from their phone or computers before registering for examinations,” he said. Here are 6 tips to help students do very well in the JAMB Computer Based Test (CBT), examinations: 1. Download the practice software Early preparation is key to doing very well in any area of life. The JAMB CBT is not an exception. Even though the registration has not begun, you can start practicing now. Since it will be the first experience some students will have with any computer based assessment, downloading the JAMB CBT practice software is one very important step to take. The practice software is easily available online and can be easily accessed via mobile phone or a computer. Candidates are encouraged to download and use for practice to get themselves very prepared for the examination. 2. Registration Since the news broke that scratch cards will not be used for registration in 2017, many students have been worried as to the likely problems that might be attached to generating pins on their own. It is important for candidates that they keep in touch and up to date on news in connection with the registration process, so as not to miss out on any update. Most students start to fail once there are mistakes in their registration. Ensure that you do not fall under this category. Naijapunch.com will ensure that you are updated, as soon as there is any news from JAMB on the 2017 registration process, and how the pin can be generated. 3. Use the syllabus Many students do not use the provided JAMB syllabus while preparing for the examinations and this is one reason why the questions might sometimes look strange. Each year, JAMB releases a complete syllabus to help students. It is important that you use this. Once you determine your subject combination, based on your intended course of study, you should download the syllabus and use it to guide your reading. It is important that you ensure you finish the entire syllabus, every single topic listed there should be studied thoroughly. The rest of the tips come in handy when you are set to write your examination: 4. Know your CBT screen At this point, we assume that you have practiced sufficiently, using the practice software. Here is a sample of how the CBT screen looks normally, unless there are any upgrades in 2017, this is what you should expect: It is vital that you study the above image to get a good knowledge of the screen and how bet to navigate it. 5. Time management Another vital issue is the issue of time. Usually there are 250 questions to be answered in 2hrs 45 mins, so you do not have a lot of time. It is important that you learn how to manage the time you are given. One way to do this is to divide the entire time you are given , so you know the amount of time to allot to each question. Move quickly, note that it is possible to click on omit and come back later to answer any especially difficult questions. Always keep your eye on the timers, to know how much time you have left. 6. Cross Check It is important to avoid overconfidence. Overconfidence kills, so even after you have answered, you should go through your answers again. Be careful when doing this however as a slip of the mouse can cause you to change answers. Check that you have done all that is required before you click submit. All these tips are important for you to keep in mind. If you have any tips you think can be helpful, tell us in the comment box below this post. The Commissioner for Education said that the feat resulted from some radical measures taken by the government. Ekiti State Government has declared that its emergence as the state with the best performance in the National Examination Council (NECO) result released on Saturday was earned. Addressing a news conference in Ado-Ekiti on Saturday shortly after the release of the result by NECO, the Commissioner for Education, Mr Jide Egunjobi, said that the feat resulted from some radical measures taken by the government. He said that the steps, though painful but meant to change the face of education in the state, included the cancellation of free WAEC and NECO registration fees for students. Besides, Egunjobi said that the introduction of moderate tuition fees in schools for students also played important roll. He recalled that the emergency Education Summit convened by the present administration in the state shortly after inauguration revealed that payment of examination fees by past administrations was part of the indulgences responsible for past failures. Read Also: NECO Complies With Ministerial Directive, Cancels 2nd Test For Common “Those who were paying for free registration in public exams without first inculcating discipline and hard work in the students did more harm than good for them. “An unserious student whose parents never suffered to pay either school fees or WAEC and NECO money may not see reason in being serious and dedicated to his studies “We found that it was the belief of such students that neither they nor their parents will lose anything after all, if they failed those exams since it was the government that would eventually bear the brunch. “We backed all these up by fortifying the schools with the right type of books, instructional materials and accorded priority attention to teachers’ welfare. “We also cancelled manual work such as grass cutting during school hours while our inspectorate division was strengthened to fish out lazy and complacent tutors,” he said. The commissioner said that the current performance would be celebrated “in grand style’’ by the government to serve as impetus to teachers and students, and would be maintained for a long time. In the result released by the new Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of NECO, Prof. Charles Uwake, Ekiti was declared the best performing state with over 96.31 per cent success. Edo came second while Abia and Kogi have joint third position. Sharing is caring! Source: http://www.naijapunch.com/see-ekiti-state-got-best-results-neco-2016/

President Muhammadu Buhari is set to sell of some aircraft which make up the presidential fleet. This was disclosed by Buhari’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu. Shehu said via Twitter on September 8 “There is a govt committee already in place, working to reduce the number of aircraft in the presidential fleet,” t The presidential aide made the comment after being challenged by a Twitter user, Japheth Omojuwa following the launch of Buhari’s “Change Begins With Me” campaign. During the launch, Buhari urged Nigerians to start changing their bad habits before expecting change of the government. Omojuwa however urged the president to reduce the presidential fleet before expecting Nigerians to change. “Change begins with selling the presidential jets. ONLY a genuinely rich country should think of having up to 3. We have about 10 jets,” he tweeted. t1 Meanwhile, civic organization, BudgIT has also called on Buhari to lead change in the country by setting a good example for citizens to follow. source: http://www.naijapunch.com/president-sell-off-aircrafts-presidential-fleet-broke/

The “ember months” are considered in Nigeria to form one of the most dangerous periods to travel. These are some smart ways to navigate around in the period. Many Lagosians have unfounded pessimism, myths, and beliefs about the ember period. It is widely believed that it is a time when unsavoury things happen due to the fact that the year is gradually winding up. Lending credence to this is the cosmopolitan nature of Lagos which is the heartbeat of Nigeria with a population of over 20 million inhabitants. It is a place where you find the good, the bad and the ugly. Of course, this should not stop you from traveling nor having fun, but your safety should be paramount. So, it doesn’t really matter whatever you believe in, the ember period always witness increased activity buzz in Lagos and Jumia Travel, Africa’s No 1 hotel booking portal shares 6 smart ways to travel during these months of September, October, November, and December in Lagos. 1. Take a bus at the park or BRT It is safer to always board a bus at recognized parks. However, because of the economy situation and the need to cut cost, people prefer to jump into any bus notwithstanding whether it is painted in Lagos’s official transport colour which is yellow. As an alternative, you can take BRT or Uber if you can afford it. 2. Keep valuables properly Nothing ruins your travel around Lagos like losing your wallet, phone, jewelry, and other items to talented pickpocket. Therefore, you should keep these valuables properly to ensure that you don’t lose them. In addition, you may slightly reduce your extravagance and flamboyance this period in order to get the attention of the wrong people. 3. Don’t be verbose while talking on phone Some Nigerians discuss everything on their phones with obvious disregard for where they are and who is listening. A single phone call can disclose the status and life of a Nigerian. So, if you cannot wait to make the call, it is advisable to send a text or instant message. 4. Reduce or suspend night crawling Love to party in the night from one club to another? Lagos has a vibrant nightlife and you are guaranteed the best. But as the ember months beckons, you may want to reduce your night fanfare or gig or you should be careful where you visit in the night. 5. Avoid free pickups The temptation to hop into free pickups offered by private individuals is high. At least, you will be saving transport fare. But, remember your safety is key. So, politely reject free rides from strangers. SOURCE: http://www.naijapunch.com/take-note-5-smart-ways-travel-around-lagos-ember-periodno-4-important/ |

A relationship expert, Cynthia Valerian Raphaels has shared yet another interesting story which will leave many people shocked. Read below: *********** Madam Cynthia, I have seen a woman to marry but I’m scared honestly. The reason is that she beats me hands down in s*x. She rarely gets tired. One hour s*x looks like 1 minute to her. When I am trying to rest she is warming up for another round. She is fun to be with, even when I refuses because I’m tried, she masturbates with Love Machine and fingers herself. She is 33 years and I am 37 years. Madam Cynthia, I am scared because of her insatiable desire. We have had s*x in my office countlessly because she just comes in unexpectedly and before I know it ,we are on the table. I work in my father’s company. Madam Cynthia, it’s two years we knew and we have had s*x more than married couples, sometimes if she calls to say she is coming I will tell her my mother came around so she will not come. Any weekend she comes it will be s*x, s*x, s*x. I live separately from my parents, so sometimes they come visiting mostly my mother. Cynthia she cooks well, very neat, but this excessive s*x scares me. I have told her about it, but she always say she will make me love s*x, I don’t see my self having s*x that way. What should I do? Cynthia replied: Teach your partner how to prepare you for s*x. If you’re the slow-to-warm-up type, a body massage, foot rub, or a few minutes of no-pressure cuddling may help ease you into a more receptive frame of mind.Be willing to start lovemaking from a $exually neutral state. Cultivate a willingness to occasionally say yes to s*x for reasons other than a strong physical need. In a healthy relationship, occasionally having $ex simply to pleasure a partner can be an act of love.Split the difference. In other words, compromise. Alternate between doing what the higher-libido partner wants, doing what the lower-libido partner wants, and doing something in between such as bringing one partner to orgasm without involving the other partner in full-blown s*x. This is a common cause for relationship problems, particularly for people who have trouble communicating with their partner. It can be a win/ lose situation that inevitably turns into a lose/lose situation. That is, the partner who has the higher drive feels hurt and rejected when s*x does not happen and the partner with lower drive feels pressured and resentful at having to perform when they don’t feel up to it. The best solution is usually for both partners to reach a compromise. The higher-drive partner should understand that each person has their own natural s*x drive and should not feel rejected when their drive doesn’t fall in line with their partner’s. Finding non-$exual romantic ways to boost their partner’s libido may also prove helpful. Dealing with the libidinal feelings by masturbating or redirecting is another approach. For the partner with the lower drive, it is important to understand that their partner is not trying to pressure them. Responding to some of the non-$exual cues may help enhance their s*x drive. Many times, simply being with their partner, holding them while they masturbate or masturbating them is an acceptable alternative that doesn’t require full-blown $exual involvement. If there is a large discrepancy, such as one partner wanting $ex every night of the week and the other only once a week, they could agree to engage in s*x twice or three times a week. Often this requires more of an attitude change than a physical change.
