Growth rate = BR-DR = 28.7 -5.7 = 23 people per 1000 per year
Population in 2009 = 37.4M
% growth rate = 2.3%
Population in 2019 = 37.4 x 1.023^10
= 46.95

So who's the fool? Learn some Mathematics.

For comparison, the population density of Lagos is 6800 people per square km. Meanwhile, what you are suggesting for Kibera is impossible and I already gave you the total population of Kibra subcounty as 185k. I don't even understand what you are arguing about.
