Something is wrong with your head. For one, your source is not even a link. Two, you claim there are 250k people in Kibera slums. From KNBS, Kibra subcounty has 185k people. Apparently, Kibera slums has more people than Kibra Subcountty which it is part of. That's like saying Accra has more people than Ghana. At this point, I am sorry but you're stupid.

KNBS didn't provide the actual number of people in Kibera slum but the whole of Kibera slum is within Kibra subcounty. Kibra Subcounty constitutes Kibera slum, Ngumo Estate, Upper Hill, Woodley, Mimosa, Ayany, Olympic with Kibra slums constituting only 16% of the total area of Kibra Subcounty hence my estimation is utmost 120k people out of the total 185k living in Kibra subcounty.

The data I gave you is the official 2019 census report. I can't upload a pdf file here that's why I screenshot the relevant page. The only body that provides population information is KNBS because it is the only body that counts people in Kenya. If any other source does not match KNBS then it's wrong.

Furthermore, Kibera's population was 170,000 in the 2009 census and now it is 185,000 so what reduction are you talking about? More still, the slum area of Kibera reduced between 2009 and 2019 hence out of the 170,000 in 2009, more people were in the slum than in 2019's 185,000. Stop believing what you want to believe and stick to the facts.

Stop forcing yourself to believe what you want to believe. Here is the 2019 census population of Kibera. Remember only part of Kibera is a slum thus of the 185,000, probably less than 120,000 live in the slum (Areas like Upperhill, Woodley, Ayany, Mimosa, Olympic are part of Kibera yet are not slums). I would have attached the whole pdf file but it can't upload on this forum.

I just checked now and johannesburg's gdp was 4.35 trillion Rands which is equal to 297 billion dollars as of 2018 it was 99 billion in 2012 so please keep your mouth shut

In 2015,the government carried out demolition exercise in Dar, most unplanned settlements were demolished, the folks went to court,the court halted demolition by a court order.The court said it wasn't properly done. The affected families are having nowhere to go since the government didn't provide alternative. The government says it still wait for more court decisions and clarification,they say,they can't interfere the judiciary.

The affected families are pleading to a president for help.

So,that isn't a normal slum life like kibera. Those are people who wait for gov to give them plots for resettlement.
