Nairobi beats Lagos hands down.

Abuja has some amazing infrastructure but is so hollow and soulless - Mombasa bursts with beauty, soul, culture and is also developed. Our other cities like Nakuru, Kisumu, Eldoret Thika etc are smaller than your cities but they are cleaner, better equipped (electricity, water, infrastructure) and generally have higher living standards of men. Stop focussing on size. Size is population, population is not an achievement.
