Hello AjumaC. The reason for the test is to show the recruiters that you have the skills they are looking for. It's not enough to write on your resume that you have certain skills, you need to prove it , so taking the test and passing it helps you do that. The testing is a vigorous exercise, so if you succeed, you will have the opportunity to meet and be interviewed by a good number of recruiters looking for people like you.
