I recently bought the 34” Xioami curved monitor for work and I’m looking to add a 32” monitor or another 34”, but I’m not looking for a new one this time. I’m okay with UK used. The issue is finding one. It’s much easier seeing UK used TV than a monitor. Thus, my posting here.

Remove all dusts from your cooling vent.

Don't place your laptop where hot air won't have a means of escape (eg bed, chair etc).

Try getting an adjustable laptop stand or one with cooling fans.

Adjusting your system settings can be of help too (if your laptop trips off suddenly)

Every other tip(dust, more ventilation, etc.) would serve you only in the short run, thermal paste keeps heat at bay. That is why it's required for one to do a re-paste at least every 1-2 years. Thanks.

Hyundai accent 2005, radiator cap. How much?

Hello guys, I'd start by appreciating the contributors on this thread. This is my first car (Hyundai Accent 2005) and the posts here have been greatly helpful.

Before now, the aforementioned vehicle was used for UBER and endured a couple of accidents (mostly front) by the handler. Fast track to now; today my AC guy noticed the compressor wiring had been removed and he fixed this with tape, the AC is now working (as it last month it only blows air - hot air), but I noticed the car overheats on a 10 mins drive with the AC indicator at 3 after this fix. (issue #1)

I replaced the battery (75AH before and now) so it should be enough to carry the compressor but I do not understand what's wrong. I only use the car to my gym place and back home, and my area is pretty much a slope, so I've had to pushed the accelerator all the way back to climb up. (issue #2) - I do not have to push that hard on a Highlander 2020 I occasionally drive, in the same area.

I would appreciate solutions/guides for both issues. I am still trying to get a trusted mechanic but I need to get useful tips on here before going for repairs tomorrow. Thank you.

At Least based on this your rating of 690Watts/hour at least for 12hours (690*12=8,280), we are talking of 3-4million naira investment here
Cut your power consumption by reducing
power consumables to necessary, then opt for power efficient devices. Your light should use led lamp with rating of 6-10watts each, there are fan that uses 34watts, PC is 75watts (at most).

3-4m? Wow! Even if it’s just 4 hours backup then fine.

The ratings provided were obtained from the power sticker on each of these devices, and the PC is a gaming pc (200W to power both the fans and the GPU).

Hello guys, I’m looking to go solar since the light situation at my area has been nothing but bad, coupled with the hike in fuel price.

I would like to comfortably power a TV (90W), 4 bulbs at most (40W), PC (200W), home theater (90W) and a fan (70W), bringing it all to a total of 490W. [total ratings modified: from 690W to 490W]

What are my options?


My light situation: I usually get Nepa light from 2pm to 6pm then 9pm to 8am, but whenever the light is faulty I might not see light for two days, or when it rains (they say the transformer is wet), so pretty much every other time the light is sufficient which is why I would prefer a hybrid setup (solar + Nepa to charge the cells)

Hello there, please do not get frustrated because of unanswered queries as the tech community here is almost non-existent.

NameError Exceptions are due to but not limited to: misspelling variables, calling variables before declaring, compatibility issues(python versions with deprecated methods, like raw_input and input), out of scope variables and a couple others.
