Hey guys, Good evening all. I got my PPR today. It says my application was approved and that I should send my passport. But someone told me to submit my passport i need a letter of approval. I didn't get any letter of approval in my profile. I only got Original Passport Request letter

Hey guys. Good evening all. Please I have a visit visa to Canada but I intend changing it to SOWP as my wife is currently studying in Canada. Is this possible and if YES, how do i go about this ? Do I need to submit another visa application or I can doing it at the entrance border?
