Olamak1:They only state that if it is a registered package. If it is self pickup they state in their messages we can call to arrange for delivery of the package for ₦400 |

BuhBye:That was what the person that called me to pick up told me, she said that after 15 days or so they will send it back to the sender. And if I wanted them to deliver it I will pay ₦2,000 for delivery 😒 |

Speedaf funny sha, all my Registered packages they will take to their office close to my house, and deliver it to me from there. But e don reach Unregistered package they decided to take it to one of their offices very far away from me. They have called me to go and pick it up from where i don't even know. If they don't deliver it na to jejely leave the package for them and when time elapse I will get a refund from AliExpress for the package. |

puremaker7:Yes, I am considering getting the Airtel, that is what I even wanted to get during the period that they sent me back to the dark ages with their downtime. I wanted to spend that 25K fibre sub on the Airtel ODU, but the time was the issue sha, since I have to go to their office for the device. I don't know why one cannot register for the airtel ODU online and have it delivered. If I could get the device without needing to visit their office I would already be on the Airtel ODU by now. If I don't receive my compensation from MTN before my current sub expires I will try and find time and visit the Airtel office sha, Airtel network is decent in my area so I won't mind giving it a try. |

Received calls today from like three different MTN agents asking me if I still have issues with my FibreX.. Told them the issue has been rectified but I am still waiting for my compensation. They said they will escalate and ensure I receive the compensation, so I will be waiting. I will not forget easily sha, they must compensate me, those six days of downtime that they sent me back to the stone age with suffering, I will not easily forget. They must give me compensation 1 Like |
