The guy court martial counts go plenty.

1. Resisting a lawful order by a Senior officer to be disarmed.

2. Resisting arrest.

3. Attempted murder . As long as he pulled that trigger even if not targeting anyone he will be charged for attempted murder.

4. Unlawful possession of military firearm. As he refused to be disarmed and kept hold of his weapon despite an order to hand it over, he has committed a grave crime of possessing military weapon without authorization.

5. Insurbordination

6. Mutiny charges will be slammed on him from all the above charges . This carries a death sentence.
