ATTAHDYE:
Don't ever lie on your application.

She will be playing with 5 years ban if she follows that advise, Canada and US in particular share data.

Let her Submit her application truthfully and leave the rest to God.
Alright dear…thank you so much🙏

Thank you so much for replying 🙏…I really appreciate.
I asked because someone was telling her that it’s better she claims her husband is in Nigeria and do self sponsor, that when they see her husband is in US, they will think she wants to run to US through Canada and not a genuine student. So they might deny her visa because of that..

You sister's husband can sponsor her if he can provide proper proof of relationship, means of financial support and other suppoting documents from both your sister and her husband.

The question of what are her chances of getting the visa lies in the hands of the visa officer who will review her files and how convincing the documents they provide are.

Avoid agents that gaurantee visa outcome and those who will "assist" you with fake documents

All the best.

Congratulations!

I love hearing good news like this. You did the right thing and closed every possible gap the visa officer could have raised in your application.

Having €50,000 in your sponsor’s account to support the applicant, and over ₦70 million for you and your family, was a strong move.

The ₦70 million clearly shows you can cover school fees and upkeep, while the €50,000 served as solid additional backup if needed.

This is exactly why I always advise people to show at least two years of full school fees 35 million naira plus the required upkeep amount for the applicant and all accompanying family members.

Sometimes it sounds like I’m talking too much, but this is the reason.

Once again, congratulations. Please start planning for PR from the moment you enter Canada create your profile early, and you and your wife should look for ways to maximize your points.

Wishing you all the best in the future.
Hello Sir…

Please can someone answer me 🙏. My sister wants to go to Canada for studies and the husband lives and works in US, he is also in the military. He wants to sponsor my sister ie his wife to Canada for studies. Please can he sponsor her? What’s my sister’s chance of getting a visa?
What are the necessary things they needs to do?
He had also filed her papers to go to US before the ban
