Am a muslim and iv read both Qur'an and Bible about the first human creation and in both books they have more or less similar thots regarding the subject and they have clearly explain how Adam came to be the first human race so i advice u to go back and read bible thoroughly or the Quran depending on ur belief surely your doubt will be cleared.
