I need 50KMT and above of AGO in lagos waters/Lagos outside bar. Let's not waste each others time because I'm not making any compromises.

1. I will sign and return your SPA with my supercargo and inspectors information.

2. You issue me an ATB and take me on board to confirm product.

3. Upon confirmation of product I will nominate a vessel for the transaction and place BG for entire cargo.

Please not this: I will not raise any corporate check or managers check for any amount. I will not give any vesse in advance because I will not pay demur-age for vessel everyday while I keep getting disappointed by time wasters. If you are willing to give an ATB for me to confirm the product then contact me, if not please do not bother.

2B. SELLER PROVIDE FULL POP, BUYER ISSUE A BANK. ENDORSED INDEMNITY
OF 50MILLION NAIRA

3. SELLER’S CAPTAIN ISSUE MATB AND CLEARANCE
FOR BUYER INSPECTION TEAM TO COME ON BOARD LOADED VESSEL, ON
CONFIRMATION SUPERCARGO
REMAINS TILL TRANSACTION IS COMPLETED

4. BUYER CONDUCTS Q&Q AND PLACES INSTRUMENT
FOR ENTIRE CARGO
5. SELLER INTRODUCES BUYER TO VESSEL
HANDLERS FOR TRANSFER OF CHARTER OR RECHARTER

6. PAYMENT VIA KTT WIRE TRANSFER WITHIN
24HOURS.

7. SELLER CONFIRMS PAYMENT IN HIS ACCOUNT
AND ALL COMMISSION, AND RELEASE MASTER’S
RECEIPT AND DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE TO BUYER AND BUYER VESSEL SAIL TO
ITS PORT OF DISCHARGE.
