Am not begging but i think i was wrong

I dated this girl for a year and we planned to marry, but for the past two weeks she has been seeing things she did not like, such as cigarette, postinor 2, and chat (raw) with another lady in my phone, and she became angry and began seeking advice from who knows where, but she called it off yesterday.

for cigarette I had stopped smoking for over a year and had some visitors who smoked in my compound rather than inside the house, the Postinor was a mistake she discovered with me and I did not hide it because I felt I could explain as it wasn't mine, and for the chat I belonged to some group where people chat raw and post some crazy stuffs.

I honestly love this girl and would give anything to have her back. i need ideas to let her know I am sincere and have genuine intentions for her? I pondered calling her mother or a friend, but I decided against it. She barred me from contacting with her in any way. Who can assist me
