I'm a Megabet customer, I play casino slots at the mentioned site, and I have been trying to contact the customer support line and it does not work and I've sent many e-mails with no response.

My issue is they decline some of my payouts for no reason, and some of the times when I request for a payout the system immediately prompts me with an error that says there was an error processing your request. Internal service fault Invalid payment system. Bear in mind that they have made some payouts that I requested earlier so I have no issues with method of payment.

And just today I made many deposits which I played with and lost a lot un-till I won back a little of what I deposited so I requested a payout of =N=40,000.00 and they declined it for a stupid reason which makes no sense that is Deposited money must be used for betting I have played for hours before getting to that amount so what was I doing is it not betting?

All I need is clarifications and someone to speak with.
