HR OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage performance management and processes.
Implement the Training and Development agenda.
Execution of the recruitment process.
Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures.
Execute effective Compensation and Payroll Administration.
Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems.
Explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation, labour standards and Fair Practice Act.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of Bachelor degree or equivalent from a reputable institution.
3-5 years experience in the same capacity.
Adequate knowledge of Performance Management, Payroll Administration and Training.
A professional and commercial approach to HR
Strong personal and leadership experience

quite clumsy i must say.

the greatest and seem to be the only challenge is time.

and as for the numerical aspect....you will be given two diff sheets for questions. one contains charts and graphs of all the questions which is arranged randomly, and the other the actual questions. you have to read the later and check the former for you to ans the questions. that y i said its quite clumsy.

that was my experience.

I have an issue guys. I got an invite via SUREP. Out of desperation I accepted without really doing thorough research. After the interview I decided I can't work with this coy.
My question is that when the coy send the "rejected" form to SURE-p, will I still be available for the scheme incase another coy is interested employing me?

U've been shortlisted for an aptitude test scheduled to hold at 161 Ikorodu Road, beside Lanre Shittu Motors, Onipan Lagos on Thur 09/01/14 by 9am.

Can't call the no that sent the text and don't know the company. I'm suspecting is one of those applications i did on jobberman.
