Nope, in fact, photoshop, gimp, OnOne & EXIF Photos Editor can all do this work with some tricky skills.

Why bother to use the hardest way to do this? Three photos and using Adobe Photoshop Watermark to blend them into one, the background as the first layer watermark, a figure photo with transparent background in the second, thirdly, the signature. It can be finished within half a minute. Aren't they more awesome and more convenient? I bet this operations do.
