I have been hearing of making money online since time imemorial but I have never given it a shot because I had no laptop.
I've finally obtained a laptop but I don't know what to do with it (I'm not a computer literate). So what do I do? What packages do I need to learn.
I've read hear about fivver and upwork, I've visited their websites but I still don't know what to do.
Somebody should enlighten me on what to do and how to go about it.

Earlier this morning, I created a thread about my frustrating health issue. (https://www.nairaland.com/4645031/nairalander-knows-permanent-cure-tonsillitis ) One of the suggestions says I should visit a hospital, but I've done that countlessly. I think the only option left now is for me to visit a higher hospital with modern facilities and specialists but what these hospitals will charge me is what I can't afford at the moment. I'm saying this because I know what I have spent so far on the hospitals I have visited. How much more higher ones? I had to sell some of my belongings to make sure I regain my health, I believe that when I'm healthy, I can still buy better things tomorrow. I'm just afraid of taking so many drugs with little or no effect to avoid hearing that some organs are being damaged as a result of too many antibiotics.

Medical practitioners in the house. I've been frustrated by tonsillitis for quite a notable period of years. I've taken every prescribed antibiotics, tried every available home remedy but its not yielding results. The worst part of it is the noisy stomach it gives me in public whenever I swallow saliva and the offensive odour that emanates from my mouth. The odour has become an Identity for me anywhere I am. Please who knows what else I could do to be free from this evil that has befallen me. How can you freshen up, dress cute but no one dares come closer to you because the offensive mouth odour that comes from tonsillitis.
I've spent everything I have on this thing, the only thing left in my room right now is the foam I sleep on. Nothing frustrates more than mouth odour, you dare not wear perfumes or body spray while you smell in the mouth. Please someone should help me out.
