I feel your pain. this people dey do lazy job now and ready to deny visa anyhow. There's nothing wrong with hospital discount, if you are a self-pay patient and only need to use their hospital for 2 days only.

I spoke to a friend in China who is a visa agent for US birthchild for Chinese citizen. He said it's a dark hole he can't explain with his experience, and maybe it's better to use hospital directly. The fees can be higher but it's safe that way to renew visa later. Just contact any hospital you wish to use, compare the price, and tell them you are paying all bills immediately after birth.

Who knows if it the adjustment on bill and low pay to hospital is causing many refusal now, am confused also.

dy should channel dr anger or frustration to dr faulty system and not d innocent patient that is ignorant of dr shady deals.

Good day Everyone. In d spirit of giving bk . Cos i ve benefited alot from ds forun
221g interview today .. The VO was not smiling at all. Jus asked a few questions.
VO:Hello
Me:hello
VO:passport pls
Me :i handed her the passport
VO:u went for childbirth the last time
Me:i sd yes
Vo:how much did u pay?
Me:i sd about 6kvaginal delivery minus epidural
Vo:she sd Cn i ve d receipts
Me:i handed it to her
Vo:she Ws checking . Flipping thru n al
She sd do u ve an itemized bill .
Me:Dt Ws wn i knew wahala don dey. I didn't want to give her Bt i ws like whatever i wil stil explain myself about Dt huge difference oakbend people put dr . (Which d account officer claimed it ws a default bill. And i asked which one is default bill. U gave me a price of 2500 fr normal delivery 2days stay So where is ds bill of 9k plus coming from . And at d end of d bill u will see discount of 7k plus. Anyway i jus tire fr d matter ) Bt dr Ws no opportunity to explain al ds to her

Me. I jus packed my passport and left. Hubby Ws nt even asked anythin.
Meanwhile all the people fr d interview Ws jus 221g. Dts y it Ws scheduled fr saturdy no new applicant.
And dy wr dishing out blue paper like crazy . Some people dy wr refusing because dy filled dy wil stay fr 2weeks and myb jus ended up staying one month.
So pls mamas in d house who is in ds oakbbend saga with me

once you are sure there's no detail in your DS-160 that could change before the interview and you've booked an appointment,just go and do your medicals and wait for the embassy so far NVC has issued you a case number.

infact that's the best thing to do to avoid delays. Thank you so much .

no how no how the embassy will call you before the medicals expire.

then let your police certificate run from the date around your appointment date.

You have filled the DS-160 form, made payments and have even created your ustraveldoc profile. So you have proceeded already . Or am I wrong?

If you have proceeded already, no problem. Just keep on checking your profile until dates become available. When it does, go ahead and book an appointment before going for your medicals. Please make sure you book your interview appointment before going for medicala.

If you haven't proceeded, no problem. Wait until you get an email from the embaasy then you can go ahead and submit your DS-160 form, make payments and upload your ustraveldoc profile. Keep checking for available dates so you can schedule your appointment interview on time.

Good afternoon . Pls i have a question . Will i receive a mail from the embassy before i book my appointment. Because i ve already filled ds160 form and checking fr appointment Bt no avaliable date. So i want to find out if the embassy is suppose to send a mail to me before i proceed. Thank you
