Guys please help this poor child she’s really really in severe condition just because of bills to take her to a hospital to get proper treatment

For the past one week all she has been on is septrin and paracetamol,please guys help this child. She has not received any proper medication, due to money. Even for her to eat is a problem cause she won’t have the appetite to eat even if she eats she vomits.

All her body is hot and and some times she cry’s in pain complaining about her head.

Anytime I hear her cry I feel very sad about this cause my friend is not even struggling to raise money to take care of his sick sis,all he believes is the septrin and paracetamol she’s on hoping those will help give her relief

I came to squat with a friend of mine in lag,I’m here in search of a job tho.
He lives in a one room face me I slap you house with 3 of his siblings.
One of his little siblings by name oyin has been quiet down for sometime now like this girl is just 10years of age and she’s really Down sick

What my friend could afford to give his sis is septrin and paracetamol.

Everything this girl moans in pain,her body temperature is really high,sometimes when I look at her it’s as if she wants to give up the ghost.
