My point exactly is, If a Part or Two system of Government is dysfunctional, We have major crisis to the Economy power majorly, Etc .. Some aspects of Government that are not functioning/doing proper management of their job, Cbn, Nnpc, public services/servants.. etc
Introduction to Managing Government power/Offices;
This is a very important field in the aspect of Government play, or Role.. if you’re in a Public sit and you’re not constantly looking/finding solutions to Coming challenges, then u might have to resign.. A government Managed resources will result in Availability for All, Not some, not few.. There must be budget for Everyone, Inclusively with tribe, nature etc.. As Nigeria is a free state with diverse culture. So in a public office, there must be Accountability, Responsibility, Respect, Rewards, Decisiveness.. A Organization with these Attributes is a Long time measure of Success

But the Fact is, A struggling Nation has one Power, And that’s Youth, The Government can’t actually do All Things if they want, I laugh most times when I see Government Officials trying to Explain themselves to crowd, How funny, we Have gotten to a level of Civilization , where almost 80% can read, write, operate a phone, watch a movie (understand what’s going) That’s workforce.. We need The Youth Workforce, Lol and Again How do u Direct youths to Know what’s right, Things to do? Well it’s Easy,! A vibrant nation will remain vibrant if there’s a Charge in Working population most importantly the Youths, That’s where the Boost is coming from, Now! The youths, will be the One Monitoring project, Side Assistance, Compiling, Raising funds, Accountability.. The Youth involvement has to be In Every form of Government and Jurisdiction, We have to Watch, Control and Move the Nation forward with their Help, An initiative should be first setup, A group, then Set, Distributed across the 700+local governments in Nigeria,

Role of youth Initiative; The initiative will be formed based on The Gathering of (People, ideas, support )

Please do it online. Google POSSA and it will come out. After the online registration, you pay 30k. Within 24hours, you’ll be asked to come for biometric via sms. When you get there, the thieves might ask for another 10k for biometric but that’s all you’ll pay. After the biometric, in few hours, your certificate will be ready to be downloaded.
