The problem is never about devices(their devices are actually good) nor network as i here a lot of u like to say, "make sure airtel network is good in ur area', airtel network is actually good in over 70% of locations across this country. The problem is, they have no intention of giving people the unlimited data they advertised, therefore they just throttle down those using the plan at random or collectively, if u doubt me, just purchase any other normal airtel plan on the same sim or device and watch how usable ur data becomes.

My hotspot can't be enabled on my Airtel Smartbox TV, any help?

Hi guys, I have been using the Airtel Smartbox and I can recharge any bundle of my choice but recently I complained to Airtel of slow network, instead of solving the issue, they have stopped me from subscribing to any other data plan except the Router plan, now I have subscribed to the Router plan, but my hotspot is no longing switching ON from the SmartBox and I believe that the airtel might have disable it from their end.

Please any help is welcome.
