I think the permanent secretary was part of the cabal? Maybe he was their financial accountant cum treasurer. For him to approve transactions for other ministries without the approval of the ministries ministers shows that he was working for a higher person within the presidency? This is my own thinking but right now Karma is a bitch!!!

I think these people are taking this man quiet and gentle look to think he's a fool . I was suprise to see Vanguard pulling down the story and tending an apology to him about the story . The Root tv this is a challenge for you if you are sure your story is really then meet him in court . If not YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN (OYO ) . All are vanity upon vanity!! I advice peeps to invest their hard earned monies on things that can keep bringing profits and dividends in their lives till they exists. Remember that you are expected to live as long as metusaleh so you should not blame our God if you spend all your earnings on frivolous life style that will continue to evolve as long as the satellite is in the orbits.

I doubt if this government can achieve all these elaborated factors within this her remaining less than 4 years?? The government is just waking up from a long long sleep!!! This government should stop the blame game because they are in their last tier of governance shekina!!!
