Have you tried registering on Avtis platform? You may have been migrated and you are not aware of it.
That was the case with my son’s visa renewal. We had paid in June 2024 for IW ( 17th December 2024) since we had printed out all documents we did not bother going to check out the new platform ; it was on the day of submission at Pope John Paul Crescent, Abuja that we got to know that we had been migrated to Avtis platform ; this was because we were asked to present the appointment letter that had Avtis logo and not the old one we had.

2. For a 7am appointment I would suggest you get there by 6:45am. If it is Abuja embassy the security men there are quite courteous the can show you were to lean on while waiting for the embassy to open for the business of the day

the avits people hv frustrated me since October, with my old gt bank payment and rescheduling a missed appointment, (no valid receipt found for this application error) am seriously considering making a fresh payment so I can move on....ayam absofuckinglutely tired

July 15 th 2025 is the earliest date as at when I booked for my husband on the 13th of January 2025

Please I ask again how long before a passport is sent back after refusal on 221g? Anybody with any idea on what I should do should let me know, please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Did you get her passport back yet?

Please house has any one been able to figure out the steps to retrieve passport back from the embassy after IW refusal. 10 days now my passport has not reflected ready for pick up on the OIS tracker. 🥵
