Responsibilities:

* Managing existing HNI accounts
* Preparing marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, and catalogs.

* Coordinating events such as trade shows, conventions, seminars, or product launches.

* Collecting and analyzing data about customer preferences and buying habits for targeted marketing purposes.

* Developing and executing marketing strategies for real estate projects in order to boost sales and promote brand credibility.

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products/services.
Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities.

* Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.

* Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful marketing materials.

Requirements:

Must have minimum of 2 Years Marketing and Sales experience within the real estate development industry.
