By playing a right-footed Young at LB, an inward drifting Sanchez at LW, an offensively limited Val at RB and inward drifting Mata at RW, Mourinho has crippled all our wing play.
We now find it difficult to beat teams schematically, and have to resort to effort, work rate, desire e.t.c to win games. Furthermore, the narrow and ponderous set up makes it easier for even mediocre teams to sit deep and nullify us.

In terms of wing play Dembeles game play has been superior to Martial's, Martial has the edge in terms of composure in front of goal though.
