PDP will be very foolish to give Kwankwaso the ticket. He has betrayed them twice consecutively already if what you say here is correct. And I trust the opposition within and outside the party to drag him with this. If you're correct, his character can't be trusted

The main reason for enticing Kwankwaso was the belief that he would split the presidential vote in the hope that buhari wouldn't get as many votes as he did in 2015.
That was clearly the target when he was being targeted by the PDP.

It appears that he got in to the PDP and started ruffling feathers. Imposing his son in-law as PDP gubernatorial candidate for Kano state. The PDP faithful in Kano is presently not interested in his movement. Hence his utter failure.

He failed woefully. It can also be argued that Kwankwaso rode on Buhari's popularity to become whatever he was in Kano state and not the other way round
