Can someone tell me why it's rare to hear testimonies of success visa application completed within 5 to 7 working days on this thread. I know of two persons outside this thread whose applications were processed within this time frame with positive outcome. And both of them made standard visa applications. What could be the reason for this long waiting time that is trending here? I did my biometric on the 15th of August. Recieved two notifications from UKVI on 20th and 22nd (survey email). No email at all throughout last week. I pray that there will be plenty of success stories this coming week.

Thisis exactly my situation now. Biometrics 20th in Enugu. 26th automated email that they are working on my visa applicaton, 28th survey email which I am yet to fill.... Enrollment is in two weeks

Did my own biometrics on 8th , didn’t hear anything from them and then they sent this yesterday and I’m to resume school 15th September.

I am still expecting my brother visa decision and all I can say is that the waiting period is the hardest part of the whole process

07 Thursday August :Biometric

14, Thursday, August: Received message for additional documents/information on Study Gap

14 Thursday, August:The one guy we met at the biometric center, his visa came out without any issue

15 Friday, August: Reply UKVI with supporting documents that includes NYSC, letter of Employment, increment of salary and other relevant documents

Since then it has been deafening silence, no mail, nothing and my brother is already panicking.

Please what can we do at this stage to speed up the process please?

I did my biometrics on 8th August, I’m yet to hear anything. Not even a mail requesting for additional documents.

Also if the money for the proof of funds is in my account. Do I need a letter from sponsor because they had transferred to e money to me for the purpose of POF but thy are the ones sponsoring me

See, most schools are starting 15th September, and it orientation the and there is always latest date as well if you check your cas you will know that the 13 is not the deadline.

Note: you are not alone. The more pressure you mount on urself the more negative thought. What if I tell you that I am waiting for mine as well?. Dem go whine you but no panick

I got an email requesting for additional documents (RWP 6.1, RWP 6.2).
After putting the documents in PDF files, I found out they're almost 200mb (cumulatively).

Does any one know the size limit for additional files?

Hello everyone. Please does the University require that you have held the funds for 28days in the account before offering the CAS. Because in my case it is about 20days so far. Also please does it matter if you had spend out of the money during the time but the amount on the account balance is still above the required closing balance

Depends on your university. Check the requirements for your university. If they require pof for CAS, it will be 28 days. And it doesn’t matter if you spent out of the money as long as the funds in your account is > the required the amount.
