You can reserve flights yourself without having to pay a dime to anyone. Try Lufthansa, at the point where you are asked to input your card details for
payment tick on the "Pay at the office" box.
I truly appreciate those that called me this morning, you really help me, thanks a lot.

I tried Lufthansa but I can't find the "Pay at the office" box.

TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by Neshamah: 9:14am On Oct 05, 2020
These are additional requirements, I'm sure that most people know about it.

1. Copy of acceptance letter;

2. All documents required by the institution;

3. Confirmation of payment of fees (if applicable);

4. Documents regarding applicants family situation (marriage/birth certificates);

5. Travel medical insurance valid for the entire period of intended stay plus at least 2 days; valid for all Schengen countries; minimum coverage 30,000 EUR;

6. Hotel reservation or written proof of another accommodation along with the amount of the rental; for applicants planning to stay with family or friends or being sponsored by Polish/EU citizens in any other way, an invitation registered with appropriate Polish authorities (Urzad Wojewodzki) is required;

7. Documents confirming the possession of financial resources to cover the costs of return travel and costs of stay in Poland (to be selected from the list - there is no obligation to present all of them). The minimum required amount of financial resources is as follows: 1) PLN 2 500 for the return trip, 2) the cost of accommodation shown on the basis of hotel or rental agreement, 3) PLN 701 for each month of stay (PLN 701 x 12 months = 8 412 PLN):

a) Traveler's check;

b) Certificate of a credit card limit issued by the bank that issued the credit card;

c) Certificate of cash in a bank having its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland;

d) Document confirming the granting of a national or foreign scholarship;

e) Certificate of employment and amount of earnings;

f) Letter of sponsorship confirmed by a notary public - if the applicant does not finance his/her stay in Poland. The sponsor confirms the possession of funds to cover the costs of return travel and the costs of the applicant's stay in Poland on the basis of the documents listed in point a, b, c or e.

Please, someone can someone shed more light on the 7th requirement
How do I get traveler's cheque, it is even necessary?

And (f) says, sponsors should provide on the basis of the documents listed in point a, b, c or e
That means sponsor and self sponsor should provide a credit card limit certificate, traveler's cheque, and employment letter and earnings

Please, which application is the best and recommendable between Schengen and National application form?

Slimdaddy21:
Hello, please can someone explain to me what the 7 requirement means

A visa application form filled via the e-konsulat system, printed and signed;

2. A 3.5 x 4.5 cm color photo. The photo must be:

a. sharp, taken against a white background and printed on a quality paper,

b. newer than 6 months,

c. taken en face, clearly showing the eyes and face on both sides from the top of the head to the top of the shoulders with the face-covering 70-80% of the photo. The photo must be taken without any headwear.

3. Passport issued within the last ten years, valid for at least three months from the expected return date, with at least two blank pages for visas.

4. A copy of the passport page with personal data and the photo.

5. Copy of flight ticket or flight reservation including return flight.

6. Healthcare insurance valid across the European Union for the amount not lower than EUR 30,000.

7. A copy of an ID document to confirm legal residence within the consular district of your application.

8. Proof that you have enough means of subsistence in the form decided by the mission.

9. A proof of accommodation (for example, an official invitation or a hotel booking or reservation).

10. Documents confirming the purpose of your stay in Poland.
I don't think these requirements are complete...
What of COVER LETTER, or it is not among the requirements?
Please, can anyone drop the website where one can access the requirements and the application form.
Cos I can't download the application form through there.
Thanks.

From very recent experience, it is no longer accepted (Bank statement i mean), also for financial prove, you are expected to turn in ORIGINAL cpoies of any of the following docs below

1. Credit Card Limit Certificate in your name........ Or
2. Credit Card Limit in your sponsor's name.......... Or
3. Sponsor's Employment Letter, Letter of Sponsorship (duly notarised) and most recent 3 months payslips.

*
Greetings great minds...
Does this means that if the sponsor get the credit card limit certificate, there is no room for the third option, right?

An honest question I believe you should ask yourself is why are you going to study art? Do you have the plans of staying back after studies?

Regarding to the school in Poland, I do hope they consider installmental payment. The information gotten from German thread shows that, securing appointment is becoming cumbersome. I think admission has elapsed in most schools over there. It will be easy to secure admission faster in Poland than in Germany presently.

It would be great if you sail through and get positive feedback from the school that gave you admission. As for the bolded, how do you know it is what you wrote sad
Just see it as my little contribution.
Thank you so much, sir.
I have mailed the school, if they would three times payment or if there is no room for such payment, I would love my admission to be deferred until next year... I still waiting for their positive response.
Thanks

Even though I am not in Poland or schooling there, I do follow this thread and other travel threads on nairaland for knowledge purposes.

In my own little advice, it does not really worth it paying such amount for an art course in such an expensive (Which does not offer an opportunity for installment payment). Had it been the course is science (Medicine, nursing, etc) or engineering (IT, computer, mechanical, electrical, etc) based course, it would have been more manageable.

Try and look for other schools that offer similar courses and cheaper school fees. (Hope you are going for Msc? or is it Bsc?). I don't know the relationship between you and your sponsor, but I think it would be better to seek a cheaper school (Max 2500 euros) which would be better for your sponsor, as it shows consideration towards the person.

Alternatively, why don't the person double the money and you look towards Germany? I heard it is far better than Poland with better opportunities for student jobs.
I really appreciate you, sir, for your concerns and your help with other schools' hint, Sir.

I will try to send a mail if they could allow the 3times installment payment, if the response positive, I will go on with it and if It proves otherwise I will try Germany.

I hope some of their art schools aren't close for admission yet, and if you can recommend any university in Germany, please don't hesitate to telll me
Thanks, sir.

Greetings, great minds.
I was given admission at the University of Arts, Poznan and the deadline for my tuition fee payment is 30th of September which is €5000(to pay the complete fee), but my sponsor did not have that money this moment due to the effect of the pandemic on his businesses...
Can I send the school mail telling them about the situation that if they could allow 3 times installment payment... I hope they will allow it since my sponsor resides in France.

Or what do you think? I need your opinion, please.
Thank you.

*proof of health insurance covering the period of the whole academic year in Poland or a written statement in which the applicant states that they will arrive in Poland with valid health insurance that covers the period of the whole academic year in Poland or that they will join the voluntary health insurance plan offered by Polish National Health Fund upon arrival.

Please, can anyone help me with the format of the written statements that I will arrive in Poland with valid health insurance.... Or anyone help me draft it?
Thank you.
