Good morning ma,

Pls ma, I need your advice on my case.

I applied twice for a visiting visa to USA and was refused.

I stated then that I had a child and a wife in Nigeria which was actually not real.

Meanwhile, my wife and daughter are in US and both USC. Now my wife has filed for me and already approved and awaiting to be scheduled for an interview. Please I want to know if this would be a red flag?

If yes, please what can I do to get this corrected?
