Gudmorning@ i want to know about screening, d name on my statement of result is Abdulsalam olaitan A, while d name on my Jamb is Abdulsalam Aminullah O. d name ar d same theirs is a little diff. Do you guys think i should go for affidavite or should leave it like that.

Am a prospective student of A B U Zaria, and am very sure God we lead me through but d names on my certificate looks different. example.
on my declaration of age i av : salami aminu
on my local govt. i av abdulsalam aminullah
on my neco i av abdulsalam olaitan A
on my jamb i av abdulsalam aminullah, which is d one i want to be using and all dis certificate are mine. The name difference happen due to some family and personal problem. pls help me out i dont to jeopardise dis opportunity of getting my admission letter. thanks
