It is very important to use 9inches block for the foundation and also for the external walls on the first and second floor. The client can use the 6inches block for the internal walls.

The client has moulded 6" blocks already but someone told him he should use 9" all through or at least for the foundation.

Or should the foundation be built with 9" blocks?
