The DCE Admission list is Out now for both Evening and Weekend Programs. The first Batch has been pasted in the school. You may go and check if your name is there.

Also, I got the information that the school fees has been raised. It now ranges between N53,000 for Business and Admin Students to N60,000 for Science and Engineering students.

You will first be asked to pay an acceptance fee of N3,000 if your name is in the list. I will come back with more info when I have them. You can contact me for more info on 07063189585.

I feel worried when people come here and post something like this:

The truth is you will only get ideas.
Instead of asking what business you can invest in here on nairaland, look around your locality for a business that is not present. Make a list of all these businesses. Carry out a market research to find out the level of needs for each of the business you listed. Choose from the best one that offer best returns.

1. Be financially literate.

Learn about money,business,shares,real estate by reading. The internet is one free resource to help you out. And if you don't mind, start by buying RICH DAD POOR DAD by Robert Kiyosaki. Read it from cover to cover, not once but over and over. The wealth of financial knowlege in that book is enough to get you started on the path of wealth. I am not preaching here. I am telling you from experience.

By doing these you will be better informed about money than millions of Nigerians who have money but do not have any idea as to what to invest in.

If you are idle, then look for a nearby shop and discuss with the owner for a priviledge to stay at his shop and sell Recharge cards. I bet you will make more than 10%. Just my one cent advice.

I would advice you to visit any mega bank and discuss with them on holding your money in a 3-month fixed  deposit account at not less than 12% gross per annum.

Then, try gathering all the information you can about Farming crops especially maize and cassava. At  the same time read books authored by Robert Kiyosaki especially the first four which are

RICH DAD, POOR DAD;
CASHFLOW QUADRANT;
GUIDE TO INVESTING and
RETIRE YOUNG, RETIRE RICH.

The information on why I advised you to pick farming is there in black and white. You do not need opinions to succeed in business. Get FACTS.

I think you have brought forward a very good suggestion. Take farming into consideration, that is Commercial Farming.

1 hectare of farmland can yield N600,000 in Revenue or more depending on crop type.

Can we have investors to provide the capital while we provide the land. Then we form a Partnership and cultivate many hectares of farmland?
