Can I go into real estate business with N3, 000000?

Please tell me how.

I know I can buy plots of land and keep them for some time to appreciate before selling.

But kindly tell me more about other real estate opportunities.

I can as well increase the above money to N4ml if it can start a hotel business in a new site that is already developed. i already have a full plot of land in a good location.

I love to go into Hotel business too if preferable to the former.
