You're obviously in denail if you're resident in, or have people living in Nigeria. If you do, you'd have known the biggest losers.

How many of your people did you bury due to hunger?

Now that Atiku and Obi's distractions are behind us, all that matters now is fixing Nigeria. All hands must be on deck.

Who are the biggest loser of this year's general election.

MINE

Atiku: This was his best chance. But he was too stubborn to make deals and resolve disagreements.

Obi: Even after losing, he could have still turn his political fortunes around like Jonathan, by quickly congratulating President Tinubu, voice his reservations about the results and ask his supporters to do their best for Nigeria and remain patient for 2027. But no, it is all about emotions and hate.

Psquare: Those one could not hide their hate and tribalist tendencies at all.

We all knew that before, they were only tagging along to see if their Biaflan's agitation can be achieved by forcing Peter Obi inside Aso Rock. Now that has failed it is time to to go back to the next series of plans on their strategy.....which is to keep moaning about everything everyday including dollar as if their lives depended on the cost of dollar. The other one you would have noticed is them tactically calling for military coup by venerating Abachas regime as being better than what we are in now.........Like I said to someone on another thread, we good people of Nigeria still have faith in this nation and are always hoping and praying for the best in any bad situation but everyone of them will surely get whatever hardship or evil they wish on the country just because their Pandora Lord did not get into Aso Rock

I understand the scientific explanation above but how did it feed?

Here. is what I saw elsewhere:

Olsen realized he had in Mike an attraction that others would pay to see and spent the next 18 months exhibiting the headless rooster at fairs, carnivals, and other public events. He fed Mike by dripping water and liquid food into his esophagus with a dropper and removed mucous from his throat with a syringe. Mike became so famous that even Time magazine wrote about him.

Mike died on March 17, 1947, while on tour in Phoenix, Arizona. Olsen and his wife, Clara, awoke in their hotel room to the sound of Mike choking on mucous. They searched for the syringe, only to realize that they had accidentally left it at the sideshow where Mike had been on display. Unable to suction the mucous from Mike’s throat, they could only look on as he suffocated.

Though his amazing story ended many decades ago, Mike the Headless Chicken has not been forgotten by the citizens of Fruita. Every year, the city hosts a festival in his honor, which draws hundreds of attendees from around the

And what are the facts on this matter

The facts are:

1. That President Tinubu won 2023 Presidential election.

2. That Atiku and Obi are looking for how to have him disqualified so they can have a chance to be President of Nigeria.

3. That President Tinubu was properly admitted, attended and graduated from CSU.

4. That the Certificate submitted by Mr. President is valid and authentic because it was obtained through a legal channel in the country were he studied.

5. That it is factual, fair and legitimate when the Supreme Court upholds his victory.

6. And finally, that anyone after this case anyone who questions or cast doubt on his electoral victory - such an individual is a criminal, evil, unpatriotic and an enemy of Nigeria.

What Atiku got was proof to help him show that Tinubu Submitted fake Certificate to Inec. Thats why, You need proof in court to win your case, Stop being Emotional about all these Things. Anything that helps you win is what you go After. And its from the official School. Its is now left for Tinubu if the court pleases to show that he can use that fake certificate regardless where he got it. Which is Impossibe to prove

Here is how I will summarise it for you:

Atiku wants to use in Nigeria a Court process that valid in US but not in Nigeria, to rubbish a Certificate that is valid in US but not in Nigeria.

No be juju be that?

So,
1. If you accept all things validly gotten in the US are acceptable, the Certificate presented by Tinubu stands. TINUBU Wins.

2. If you insist only Nigerian law should be accepted, then the DEPOSITION Atiku is trying to submit for his appeal will be thrown out. Every other argument has been overtaken by events. TINUBU Wins.

what is the meaning of Deposition ?

In this context is simply "obtaining witness testimony"

You see the meaning is not the issue.

What Atiku wants to present in American law is valid. The Certificate President Tinubu of presented is valid in American law.

You can't pick one and rejects the other. Whatever you pick, Tinubu wins.

this case was a USA case not a Nigerian case. The case was about CSU which stays in America and bound by American Laws and not Nigeria. So the case has to be done there, you can't take a registra from Nigeria as they don't posses the licence same way a judge in America can't just come to Nigeria and become a judge without Nigerian licence. The case was done in court, judge ordered for deposition under path at the lawyers chamber, in which Tinubu's lawyer did not object.

Atiku wants to submit a Deposition that was gotten the American Way to be used in a Nigerian Court.

But at the same breath denying that a Certificate gotten validly through the American Way to be used in Nigerian Court.

if what you're saying is true, then a suspect that was arrested and confesses on Live TV that they did the Crime, the court should throway the evidence and not use it because there was no registra there? So evidence from the suspect or organisation should be thrown out

it was conducted under oath but NOt in a court. That's the difference. It can't be thrown out unless you're corrupt as the judges. The judges now have two documents from same CSU.

You are beginning the bend the truth.

In Nigeria law the Registrar must be in court, in person - not even video call. And the other lawyer will also cross examine him.

You can't go and have a chat with your guy under the mango tree and ask the Judge in Nigeria to admit it, that you both did it under Oath.

The law on this matter is very straight forward. Emotional blackmail will not cut it.

we are not in USA. The court will follow the rules of the land. Nigeria requires certificate from the university any outside vendor is forgery period. The CSU lady said that it's even a Nigerian thing, and that the certificate she presented was not issued by them.

Good if that is the case, then the Deposition is also not valid because it was not conducted in the Court under Oath. So Atiku appeal we will be thrown out.

Tinubu remains President.

Except you don't watch American movies. Most depositions take place in a law firm's conference room or something. WTF are you guys on 🤣

Let me look for a random deposition video in a courtroom drama like Suits.

Here is a deposition. Is it a courtroom? The way y'all reek of ignorance ehn. As for that 'learned silk' that asked that question.. Wow. 'Learned silk' my black ass

A simple Google search would have saved you the trouble, but no. Anyone who's so bad at research, I summarily conclude they never wrote their Final Year project themselves, to be honest.

Here in the issues:

1. That is how Depositions are done in the US. But in Nigeria, the Registrar will need to come to the Court in Person.

2. In the US third party issued Certificate is as valid as the one originally issued by the school. In Nigeria, only the one given by the school is authentic.

So which do you recommend the Supreme Court follow on this matter? You can't just cherry pick what suits you.

If you accept the Deposition as valid, you should also accept the President as having a valid certificate since the School has already stated he was Admitted, Schooled and Graduated.
