Testimony By Collation Center Agents Are Hearsay And Not Admissible In Court

Justice Okoro held that the agents could not have been in all the polling centers hence their testimony is simply hearsay and can't be held as truth.

He also blamed the appelants (Atiku and Obi) for not bringing the Polling units agents to testify by themselves but

He also said new witnesses cannot be introduced after the statutory 21 days allowed

The fact is, there was violence throughout the polling units..in many units there was issues there

The problem is, were they happening in enough units to overturn the election?

Those who even have confidence in the judiciary are really trying. It is better to trust an untrustworthy Obirin than to trust a Nigerian Judge.

This is why when people are PRAYING for Nigeria, heaven go dey say: "ARE THESE PEOPLE SERIOUS AT ALL"

Nigeria has officially welcomed: ILLEGALITY, DRUG TRAFFICKING, BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION, CRIMINALITY, FORGERY, UNCONSTITUTIONALITY, FRAUD, MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE.

And you know what? The world is keenly observing!

Obi should ask for refund from his lawyers. Their arguments and appeals are so watery. Nothing compelling at all.

Everything is hearsay no pictures no videos. How can you be that backward and you want to rule Nigeria you that cannot rule a political party. You that cannot defend your vote you want to defend Nigeria. You cannot video the counting and collation you cannot take pictures of the results you just say them say them say for court no evidence. Obi go explain taya

The people that are in power now said the same thing YOU are saying in 2003, 2007, 2011.

Personally, your side lost because YOU were not united. Not because rigging.

Plus doesn't your side have the same issues?

P.S...I did not vote for APC too...but let's not pretend your side is innocent too. That's why I did not vote for them too.

Because they are not the polling unit agents

The witness must be an agent of that particular polling unit where irregularities happens.

It is not anticipated for a political party to appoint an octopus agent with tentacles in all polling Units. The witnesses brought by the Appellants can only testify as to issues only in their polling unit and not all units. They ought to have all agents testify and not what they were told because it is hearsay evidence which is not admissible." Iyang Okoro (JSC).

PS: Prof Yakubu was not in all the states of the federation. The lesson is that it would be easier for 1$ to be equal to #1, than for any political party to prove electoral malpractices in a presidential election.

I don't know why politicians waste their time going to court in Nigeria...

Once you didn't win on election day, especially presidential, just forget it and prepare for after 4or 8 years
